My hamstrings get really tight after deadlifts literally every time I deadlift, and takes about a week to recover.

This fucks up my form for other lifts and makes it impossible to deadlift multiple times a week with good form.
My lower back also feels shitty when they are tight.

Stretching my hammies just makes them tighter.

What the fuck should I do?

I used to be in a swimming club, but I had to stop competing because of a bad shoulder injury. Now, 5-6 years later I wanted to start again. Although I am jogging 45min every morning, I had to take a break after only 500m. Best Shoulder workout I had in a long time tho.

How do I portion how I'm eating without feeling like complete shit all the time? I hate having to do calculations about every mouthful because unexpected, fortuitous food events happen /all the time/. Scooby's calculator only gave me 1,500 calories and it's not a lot to work with. For example, I could budget:

Breakfast
Yogurt or Kind Bar - 200
Free work pastry - 400

Lunch
Free work salad of spinach+broccoli+onions, with 2 chicken strips: 300
Free work coffee: 250

Dinner
2 scrambled eggs with cheese - 300

That works, but what if I accidentally leave my teabag in and have to add cream? What if my work wants me to eat a cookie so I know how it tastes and know how to market it to customers? What if there's Valentines candy sitting in the lobby of my apartment complex?

Am I supposed to lock myself to schedule and never eat extra things that get thrown at me, ever? Or fix bad tea? The way I'm trying to fix it is by adding running, but I'm not sure how much that's gonna help, it only burns like 300 calories before I'm exhausted. Do you guys just...never eat extra food when it gets offered to you?

I've been lifting for about a year and made reasonable progress. I would probably be more fit, but I have a problem with running out of energy halfway through a workout. After about 2 or 3 machines, depending on intensity, I'm basically dead. My weightload falls to DYEL-tier and am exhausted after each set. Finishing after I hit this wall is literally cancer and takes like an hour extra because I have to stop to breath after each set.

How do I increase my endurance, /fit/?
