Haven't been able to squat and i cant deadlift now

I'm setting up an appointment with my doctor and going for physio but I want to know what I should do to not injure myself even more

I recently bought walking shoes for work and haven't experienced pain but I want to be able to do my workouts. I was suggested to do machine work while they heal, any advice fit?

I've been having a lot of trouble making time for the gym so I just do body weight stuff at home since it is less time consuming without that transit time. Maybe it won't make me the sickest gains but at least my blood is flowing this way.

I can do handstand pushups now for 1 minute straight.

Does anyone have any tips on how to progress to walking? Shit is fucking hard. I was doing these against the wall and tried to walk out and was only able to do it for 2 steps. Balance is a real issue.

Can anyone tell me what the actual fuck is wrong with me? I am pretty much always on my period. And it's been like this for...years? Maybe two years now? I've never had a normal cycle. When I was younger it was fairly light, no side effect periods and eventually just no periods for like 3 years. I went on birthcontrol for like 6 months when I wasn't getting periods and could barely leave my dorm for three months from the extremely heavy bleeding it caused.

Now I might get like 3 days every once and a while with no bleeding. There are times where it's very heavy, so it's seems cyclical. I don't have insurance, haven't talked to anyone about it because I never really planned on living long enough to care.
