Is it possible to get a full workout at home doing only bodyweight exercises?
I could possibly buy some small weights for other exercises too but I don't have room for much else.
I know bodyweight exercises limit you because you reach the point where your own weight is not enough, but would I be fine if I'm not looking to get super ripped but just to stop being a scrawny fuck?

Yo, so I need a good diet to work with for abs and generally working out (complete beginner). My mind works only with solid data and therefore just "stay away from McDonalds" doesn't do enough for me. I need to be on a strict diet that basically tells me what I CAN eat rather than CANT eat. I am vegetarian, though.
I am 125 lbs and 5'8. I've attached a picture of my body to further show myself haha.
I've never exercised before so a routine recommendation or just what I should do would be very appreciated. I'm currently doing this and it's probably garbage but I know NOTHING:
Stretch
Run for 10-15 minutes
20 push-ups
30 slow full crunches
10 lunges each leg
10 push-ups
20 sit ups
Stretch again
Again there is probably a critical problem with this, but it's all I know so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I have access to a weight room one day a week, rest will have to be at home.

For a program, do SL 5x5, except you will do accesories, like chest flies and dumbbell presses. Also do curls for your arms.
