>>40378128
That's incredible mate. I hope I'll make it to your level at some point.
>>40377921
Forgot to train chest senpai.
I still don't believe the general fake natty conspiracy theory
I'm I just naive or what?
>>40377531
you cannot get mires like this natty
>>40377544
Yeah, maybe he's breathing testosterone pheromones there
>>40377531
all the good looks can't fix his autism.
Reminder that the biggest factor in how big you will look is purely genetic, and if you have small wrists like in pic related you will never look as big as someone with larger wrists
im 5'7 with 8 inch wrists
>5.5" wrists
>dick circumference is bigger
kill me please
>>40377323
Frank Zane had tiny wrists you inbred. Small wrists also emphasize large arms.
What are gyms like
A wasteland of squat plugs and unracked weights, at first it seems fun curling in the squat rack but then you'll find yourself trying to hide your erection in the showers.
You'll get buddy buddy with your personal trainer but he'll despise you when you hit lmao1pl8 faster than he did, your fantasy of getting your gf to workout with you will fall short and lead to a diminishing love life as she gets insecure from your gains and her weight from being a lazy fuck
The gym is like a steel jungle of weight clips and protein shakes, it's a gathering place for those who seek betterment and increased performance. It's a church for those that believe in themselves, it's a throne for those that wish to be gods.
Is this achievable natty?
Yeah man you just draw it, you don't need to round to draw man
>>40377051
those traps probably aren't
the rest seems like it could be.
>>40377171
also Majin mode isn't natty nor would super Saiyan be for a human
Which kind of overhead pressing is your favorite, /fit/?
- Seated DB Press
- Standing DB Press
- Standing One Arm DB Press
- Standing BB OHP
- Seated BB OHP
- Smith Seated OHP
- Smith Standing OHP
>>40377001
>smith machine is an option
Disgusting.
Push press is most fun press.
Standing barbell strict press is best press.
Db and/or seated are good accessories, but don't think of them as a replacement for actual pressing.
fell in love with sots press from working on my snatch hole stability
>>40377001
how much gear does he most likely cycle? test, tren, winstrol?
I go to the gym 3 days a week because it's closed on Sunday and I go AxAxA
basically I just do the same shit every A day, because my gym is so empty I can do all my main lifts under 20 minutes (deadlift, squat, ohp and bench) so I just do them all, and I also add some chest, bicep, ohp accessory work on these days
I alternate legs, I turn them off some days and turn them back on the others because I don't wanna become a trex
>pic related my progress 2 weeks in, noticed big gains from when I started wtf
>expecting gains in 2 weeks
Talk to us in 6 months
>>40376898
I didn't expect any, I just got a surprising lot, also I didn't ask a question in the main OP but I wanted approval for my routine or if this is what people call "overtraining"
>>40376870

is that lateral guy?
Isn't he Finnish?
Hi /fit/
This comes under self-improve more than fitness, but is there any guys on this board who can fight? I'm not just talking swinging a few punches drunk fighting or talking shit. I want to know what fighting club to join, I'm thinking boxing or MMA.
I won't lie, i'm still pretty nyel, but there is a guy who stalks my girlfriend, i spoke to her saying that I can sort it, she then goes to say i'm warning you, but he is much bigger than you, more muscley and could definitely beat the shit out of me, not going to go into this but he allegedly raped her as well before me. I can't tell you how this has made me feel, i feel pretty fucking beta that my own girlfriend doesn't think I can protect her.
Please /fit/ after all this lifting, i may act tough, but i've never gotten into a fight, hardly a conflict, I just want to know how to destroy somebody
Boxing/kickboxing/muay thai, eat big.
Find a bjj school first.
Been doing martial arts a long time, 3rd Dan in karate, and a black belt equivalent in Kung Fu and Japanese jujitsu. Moved on to combat sports after highschool. The two most useful ones are some form boxing/kickboxing and wrestling/grappling. However, if you plan on lifting while training; boxing or muay Thai or whatever can throw you off, especially as a beginner. More chances to get minor sprains and pulled muscles that can set back your routine, and in the long run there's a host of issues with striking sports. Jiu-jitsu can be trained pretty much everyday, and with a good coach and training partners it'll complement lifting. Plus the community is a lot more chill and you'll make friends easier.
>>40376394
I've done Boxing for 5 years and Savate for 6 years. Competed in the former. 4 wins and a Draw (long armed freak). Heavy weight.
You'll indeed feel much more confident after a few month of sparring. Be it boxing or MMA.
Best way to fight is with a weapon tho.
>>40376469
This. You can't realistically lift and train a fighting sport seriously. You'll be mediocre in both.
Would you use steroids if it was as easy as going to the store to buy groceries?
What happens if you take steroids and don't work out?
>>40376491
Blaha-mode
>>40376252
it is that easy, i would start taking steroids literally right now if they would not give you acne at all. I could care less about gyno, hair loss, hair growth or balls shrinkage
Where do you guys fcking buy steroids?
Tried a couple of sites got always scammed.
Dont mind sending from other countries in europe

>tfw they investigate foreign package content in Poland
There's no freedom in this country.
Alright which one of you autists wrote this?
which part is wrong? squats are the best full body compound movement out of them all. even better than deadlifts.
Not wrong, squats are one of the best compound exercices (if not the best)
>>40376171
>>40376178
Squats are fine and all but referring to a squat rack as a "shrine or temple" is a pretty autismo thing to say
When did you guys realise that
dumbell bench >>> barbell bench
For hypertrophy
Excellent argument.
when i had better chest than 99% of benchers because of weighted pushups from home
>>40376080
Greater range of motion
No imbalances
Don't need a spotter
Work your stabilizer muscles more
Who here 1/2/2/3 master race?
