Currently doing ICF 5x5 (3x5 for cutting rn) to get my strength up as much as possible. My question is when should I switch programs if the end goal is mass? What numbers do I need to hit for each lift.
So far I squat: 310 3x5
Bench: 200 3x5
Row : 225 3x5
Rack Pull 4 and a half plates and guessing I can dead about 4 plates

Talk about lifting with scoliosis. What helps, what doesn't. If you've had surgery or not.
Might have to get surgery, my thoracic curve is 30+ and might start fucking shit up, but I don't want to give up activities etc.
I have a slight scoliosis, first it was 12° but after a year of physical therapy it went to 8°. Might have been me getting my second growth spurt. This was all when I was 15-16 I think

thoracic curve, right, 37°, vertebral rotation. as with most curves, my lumbar and cervical spine are also somewhat affected. my pelvis is affected as well.
i opted out of surgery. i didn't want to give up strenuous physical activity. i'm still happy with that decision.
the scoliosis actually impacts my lifting a fair bit. i get fatigued faster on my right side during deads. the bar sits higher on my right side during squats which causes unequal loading on my lower body during the movement. i can't really get flat on the bench because of how fucked my scapula are. i retract as much as i can but i still don't get a great surface to bench off of. i can't bench on narrow benches at all since there isn't enough surface area for my back.
then there's rounded shoulder, arm length discrepancies, leg length discrepancies, etc.

Hey /fit/, I just started working out a couple weeks ago when I turned 20 and I have one issue. I don't know when to stop. I don't know if I'm doing it wrong or something (I just copy workouts from online so I doubt it), but after a few sets I ready to go again within the hour.
I'm also a NEET atm so I end up just working out all day almost constantly. Is this normal? Am I doing something wrong? I thought maybe the sets I'm doing are too weak for myself and I should up it, but if I increase the weight I can't do them at all.
Any advice for a newbie?

it might feel like you haven't worked out at all later on in the day. the fatigue will have worn off which is normal, but you shouldn't actually physically be able to workout the same muscle groups twice a day. if you can, you are training with too little intensity
as long as you are progressively overloading, you have nothing to worry about
