Help me /fit/
It's been 6 months since i started working out, on the second month i was already able to do about 8 push-ups, but everything else was shit, my 1 rep bench max would have to be 40 kilo including the bar, after all this time i've gained weight and improved in a lot of my lifts, i can bench 50 for 12 reps now, but the problem is that my calisthenics/bodyweight workouts have gotten shittier, i can barely do 20 push-ups now, and cant do clean pull-ups anymore. Could anyone tell me what's the cause?

Dont know what you mean by "stop being a woman", although i can't hit the maximum calculated macros that i need i still have a diet rich with protein, carbs and some fat, also drink protein shakes. My overall strength increased but for some reason i cant do as many pull-ups or push-ups and that's what worried me

You don't make a home gym. You make lifting your hobby. Learn to enjoy it, and you won't have to force yourself.
This may be easier said than done but realistically it's the only solution.
You'll not use a home gym, pure and simple, your head and heart isn't into lifting. You either enjoy it, or don't bother.

I went through a lot of changing routines and diets after posting here monthly (one month would be "START BULKING YOU'RE GOING TO TURN INTO SKELLY MODE", next month would be "CUT MORE IT'S POINTLESS TO BULK UNLESS YOU'RE VERY LOW BF%)
Instead of yo yo ing, I've just been at 2k cals a week and have found the most progress with lifts going up but still losing weight very slowly. I don't know how sustainable this is long term so any advice is appreciated.

A little less than a pound a week (which is what you're at) is a little slow, but nothing to worry about.
Keep cutting, make sure you eat lots of protein and try to improve lifts. Since you're a noob you'll still increase your lifts as you've done.
Don't bulk, you'll look like a fat piece of shit. Keep cutting till you're down to 13-14% then bulk up again.

As a beginner you can gain muscle while losing fat.
Just do a moderate deficit while lifting.
Go for protein heavy macros.

Losing weight is done through a caloric deficit, sugar and dairy has nothing to do with it.
As for acne there isn't much evidence to suggest that sugar and dairy has any sort of significant effect on it. And there IS a cure for acne, it's called accutane.
Depends on the case. Most people go through acne during puberty, but in some cases it's a small nuissance while in others a severe condition that may leave scars. Changing diet and improving hygiene wont harm, but if you re a bad case go to dermatologist and dont be afraid to take accutane.
I honestly think bad acne will come from bad hygiene habits like hot showers (no one ever talks about this but I can almost guarentee this is the main reason people have acne), shaving incorrectly, no moisturizing, picking at skin. That is what causes your skin to overproduce sebum which clogs pores and bacteria feeds off of. If you were getting acne from dairy products you would probably be getting a ton of other symptoms too. Though since cutting/heavily reducing dairy my skin has been better. May be coincidence since I did the other things I mentioned at the same time but perhaps you are right OP

Alright /fit/, I come to you for some help. I've been lifting for almost 5 months, and running about 2 miles a day. I'm finally starting to see real progress. With new found confidence, I want to turn my life around. What other things do I need to work on? Any tips that really helped you? Some examples of things that I heard and am going to try:

>Finally ask that girl out
