It increases your immune function, it makes you feel great after, increases arterial function. There are studies out there proving the 1st claim and the 3rd is basic physiology. After taking cold showers every day I never get sick (100% srs).
You honestly feel so much better after them as well, its hard to describe, the first part of the cold shower sucks but after that it is fantastic.

Cold showers inhibit anabolic function. Essentially they kill your gains. If you are particularly emasculated you might feel a bit more manly after a cold shower, so it depends on what's more important to you.

Hello! *tips dominantly* I am a gentlesir who takes cold showers every morning to boost my testosterone. Ever since I started ice cold showers the females of our race have been looking at me more and more. I have become 'hot' unlike my shower. We need cold showers to become more dominant and reclaim the white race from sjws and feminists. I believe I am 5 or so cold showers away from achieving chad enlightenment.
