Post autistic /fit/ things that you do
I'll start
>listen to anime music to pump myself up
>meditate like a Buddhist between sets
>shadowbox before a set

>that first one is me
>slap my ass really hard before heavy squats
>say "ora" when I deadlift
>stare at the ground in between sets thinking about how weak I am

Well I'm not sure how autistic this is but when I'm lifting heavy I'm constantly mumbling to myself, "c'mon, c'mon, c'mon, it's not that heavy, C'MON!". I also lift in Chuck Taylors, don't know if that's autistic or not.

Meticulous tracking of reps, sets and weight shifted.
Weigh myself everyday.
Avoid bread.
Forever alone.
Chaste.

I shadowbox after a hard set. Preferable when the slamz hit. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AD3Xlyqyeiw&list=PLf6DscQVLI3t2P5CQ44DgEg3sKJIDySpR&index=6

I'm worried I will, because I swing pretty hard when I'm amped, but I always swing directly in front of me and am either standing in the deadlift area or standing right in front of the squat rack, so there should never be someone in my way.

>breathe really heavily through my teeth after a heavy set
>can't hear myself because of headphones but I probably sound like a sex pest

NIGHT OF FIRE
I touch the barbells before leaving the gym, like in a "thank you for your service" way and feel bad if I don't.
And, since most of the time I'm the last to leave, I regularly go back to check for lights/locks after I got to my car. This year alone I drove back to the gym twice because I couldn't remember if I locked it. But this is more retarded than autistic.

In that case you are doing it wrong.
