None of them do a full body

The main reason why bro-splits are hated here is because 99% of posters on /fit/ are <1st year lifters who play video games and watch anime, and only listen to other nerds who do similiar things.

I have a friend who I use to play World of Warcraft with. Turned out he started lifting 4 years ago. Meanwhile I had already been lifting for nearly 10 years.
When I told him I do a bro-split, he acted all elitist about it, as if I was retarded and he was "doing it right" with his squat/dead/bench strength routine. He even made fun of me for being an "aesthetics faggot".
He was literally parroting the counter-culture on /fit/ and Rfitness and internet lifting culture in general.
He is strong, but still looks DYEL after 4 years of lifting. He has been meme'd so hard that he refuses to do any kind of bodybuilding/brosplit routines because it's "gay" or whatever.
This is what happens when your identity and life is so wrapped up on the internet. Strength training has literally become "fashionable" on the internet, and doing otherwise gets you put down as being some retarded normie or something.
