I fucking hate small talk and generally being around people, but I try to at least be friendly to people in the gym and say hello and shit like that. Sitting in the corner and shutting your eyes is full autismo, it's a good thing you wear headphones cos I guarantee everyone is laughing at you.

I try not too, but more and more stupid old guys keep talking to me more and more and I'm not rude enough to just blow them off.

Also got people who recognize me from work(stupid Subway) and I guess think that's reason enough to talk to me even though that is all they know about me. In like the last half year I went from talking to like 3 people at the gym to like 20. Luckily it doesn't interfere with my workout too much, it's just after and in the locker room.
