is it acceptable for a guy who lifts to embrace a gf like this?

she asked me out but i just don't know. i think i deserve better.
would you date her, fellow jocks?

pussy is pussy. Leave her after a few dates if you don't like her, but if you do, stick with her. Just because you're a greek god on the outside doesn't mean you get to be a piece of shit on the inside.
>>
you posted 1 picture and nothing else about her.

stop being a shallow fucking virgin and go have coffee and see if you match instead of asking a bunch of fat neckbeard virgins pretending to be /fit/
>>
Fuck what other people think man.
If she gets your dick hard and you can stand being around her, that's all that matters.
Just never move in with her or marry her, if you value your muscle and financial gains that is

Are all gyms as bad as university gyms?

>Be me today at my uni gym
>Two old ladies using both squat racks to do resistance band exercises
>A fully clothed (and hijab wearing) fat Muslim girl with about a pound of makeup sitting on the legpress literally watching a movie on her phone
>Two scrawny gay guys posing in front of the free weights taking pictures of each other
>Old man doing lat pull downs for twenty minutes with 30lbs weight

I started lifting as a freshman and now I'm a senior and I've only gone to my unis gym for all four years.
Are regular gyms this bad, or is it just my shitty progressive university that draws in this crowd?

/fit/ what are some good ab exercises?

I've been doing weighted sit ups, but im pretty sure they are the cause of my lower back pain, because doing squats and DL occasionally while i let it heal havn't caused any trouble, but i have skipped my ab workout.

anything you can recommend that is weighted or am i forever doomed to the calisthenics club?

1) we all agree that women are selfish and a bad influence on a fit lifestyle

2) we all agree that the male body is the ultimate sexual object

3) we all agree that a masculine state of mind is the most logical and successful way to live

it might help your gains brah

Being gay isnt a choice for guys but it is MUCH better logically

Its not that women are bad but they have a much lower sex drive than men so it creates imbalances in dating

If youre gay you have an easier time in dating, in relationships its...pretty much the same depending on who you couple with but getting a relationship is much easier if youre gay

id make the switch if i could, fuck living on nightmare mode and thats WITH being fit and tall
Hate to think what life is like if youre short and fat

What do you think of buttered eggs /fit/? Good snack food?
29 posts and 3 images submitted.
>>
>>40402418

Not bad if you've managed to get behind on fat for the day but pretty unneeded otherwise. The eggs don't need the help so I'd probably treat them as a protein-based snack and then do a cup of buttered coffee later if I still needed more fats.

They found this piece of shit called osteoblastoma on my spine, and I had get a chunk of my spine cut off, namely the transverse process. Fortunately it is benign; while there is a good chance that it can recur, it isn't likely to kill me.

I now have a bunch of screws screwed on my spine, and the doctor said that I will be unable to lift for 1 to 1,5 years. Needless to say this is fucking devastating to me as I have already lost like 5 kilos in 2 weeks and am rapidly approaching no-gains skeleton mode.

But what is more terrifying is the thought of being unable to lift seriously ever again. As you all know doctors have a very skewed view of lifting and for all I know the guy's idea of compound movements can be 1pl8 squats for like 8 reps. I asked him if I could deadlift 4pl8 ever again and never really got a satisfying answer; I don't know how it works where you are from but in my country doctors always give you open-ended answers so that you don't end up complaining to them if something unexpected happens.

Did someone ever end up in a situation similar to mine? Were you able to recover fully? Were you able to do compound movements with heavy weights again? Did you ever get as strong or stronger than you were before? Will I ever get big again, /fit/? Or am I a cripple now?

If not I am seriously considering roiding. It has been years since I ever felt so small and child-like, and I am 100% sure I will end up getting my hands on the stuff if I am bound to do curls and lateral raises for the rest of my life. Me from 2 months ago would literally be able to rape present-me and this is fucking me up mentally.

Yes I opened the same thread a few days ago; didn't chance on anyone able to help me.

Do roids, abandon the compound lift. Zyzz would understand. Do curls, presses, rows and raises.

Youre a bodybuilder? Just do isolations. Its the only way you can safely lift.

Hi /fit/ I'm a hikki with social anxiety and no money and I want to get in better shape to hopefully help me build more confidence and get my life together. The thing is I can't afford a gym membership or weights and even if I could going out in public makes me panic. Is bodyweight exercise a good option for me? How do I into bodyweight exercises?

Hello /fit/

I am going to start a very intense workout routine. What can I take that will help me get jacked FAST. I am willing to take anything as long as it is not a steroid or illegal.

I have a Chris Evans type built...minus the muscle. Any advice would be appreciated.

well /fit/ bad things have happened
I went for a drive last night after watching the movie drive (I was inspired by this board, fuck off) and I put a hammer in my car just as a joke, but as I was driving around I saw some sort of altercation and ended up bashing some guys skull in with the hammer and the other guy just started screaming and called the cops, so I just drove away. I just stopped driving now idk what to do /fit/
also to keep it fitness related what are your favorite shoulder workouts? Mine is standing push press I think.

Why even LIVE

To answer your question OP I'm a total fucking lard ass. 5'10 260lbs of muscle and fat.

I do Judo (3 years), Muay Thai (5), and Boxing (5), and recently started BJJ (months).

And I've had a couple of amateur mma fights and competitions in my respective arts.

Which like you know OP. Makes it all the funnier when you watch some guy at the gym act all hard because he's swole. I wish a nigga would but so far no bully.

buddy i'm not trolling, just trying to help

you have no muscle mass. you have no back, you have no front, you haven't got shit.

start training before trying to find your lagging muscles, all your muscles are lagging, if you think that's a muscular back you have no idea how huge it's going to get after strength training
