I sorta fallow a routine but if I'm not feeling something that day why do it? That way of working out works when you already know basic stuff about lifting, programming etc.

I don't disagree with you on the argument that personally customized workout routines based on your needs and strengths/weaknesses will work better for you in the long run, i'm just saying someone inexperienced will most likely fuck it up than get it right.
If you fuck it up, you'll be spending time in the gym inefficiently without getting the desired results.

Went beyond the "fun" zone of intoxication, which she does every few weeks. Drinks ~4 glasses of wine daily which I tolerate because that's enough for a fun buzz but not sloppy/doing shit you can't remember or regret the next day.

But she's very predictable, when the drinks go beyond 5-6+ she'll first go into a mopey state where she dwells on depressing past things that can't be changed, then she'll move into the phase where she will pick a fight about some trivial misunderstanding to the point that it swells and kills any sense of connection between us. Then the terminal phase where I i'm willing to put it behind us in exchange for some makeup sex, but she's had so much to drink all she can manage is to get in bed and pass out immediately.

Bonus stage: The next day she claims blackout exemption status, that she doesn't remember saying/doing xyz the night before, cries and apologizes for ruining the night. Repeat 1-2 times every month.

Im the same, how tall are you? Generally the taller you are the harder its going to be to have prominent arm muscles.

Try doing hammerheads to work the inner bicep muscle, that sits between the bicep and tricep, its the one that is supposed to add thickness in the middle portion of an arm. Hit it with a lot of volume and see if your arm thickens out after a few months.

I'm like ur girl anon, bad times used to be a lot more frequent. I also used to date someone v alcoholic and he did become violent after a while of just talking and acting super morose, aggro and mean when drunk (2 yrs of just mean, then started to get worse). It could happen to ur girl also, and just because she is a lady doesn't mean she can't hurt you.
The only way to get it to stop is to get her to stop drinking so much. If she can't set her own limits the relationship gonna destroy itself. If the relationship won't work with her not drinking or cutting down drinking (like if you two go out drinking together a lot or if it is a big part of your relationship) then it isn't going to happen.

It all depends on how much you are willing to put up with, and if she sees what she is doing as a problem and a pattern she needs to change and CAN change as well. Sorry you are dealing with this!

A chest, bis and tris. B back and shoulders. C legs. If on one week I repeat A and B but only do C once, do C at least twice the next week etc. Rest days aren't set, they depend on my practice schedule. Always do yellow, pick anything between 3-5 from green.

4 week cycles for sets and reps.
1st cycle 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps
2nd cycle 3 stes of 10 reps
3rd cycle 5 sets of 5 reps

Cardio comes mainly from practice which can be up to 4 hours 3x a week 2 hours in the morning and 2 in the evening. During season I eat up to 5k cal/day

Smoothie I had today was
1 can of pineapple
1 banana
1 cup of oats
25 almonds
2 egg yolks
A salads worth of kale
1 shot of olive oil(for calories if you don't need them don't do this)
Blend really well so the oats don't make everything grainy.

I sometimes work arms and abs on Friday. I'll also do 25 reps of hanging leg raises 25 straight up 25 to the left and 25 to the right after my leg workout.

Went thru the same thing man, the highs are so high but the lows are not worth it. Believe me, it's NOT WORTH IT. Drop her asap.

Started out as a 210lb fatass with no muscle in late November 2016 and used the side effect of having no appetite with Adderall to cut down to 600-800 Calories a day while constantly curling dumbbells and doing situps as much as I can. I stopped hardcore cutting about 3 weeks ago.
