Is taking dnp for a short time healthier than being overweight in the long run?

A year ago I was 350 lbs. Through diet, my job, and lifting I've gotten down to 240lbs on a 1500 kcal diet I've been at this weight for the last 2 months. I cannot eat less or I pass out. I work in construction and burn alot during the day excluding the cardio I do 5 times a week. Would a small dose of dnp for around 2 weeks on and 4 weeks off help me drop a small amount of fat over time and what would be the actual chance of death?

Eat nothing but the occasional chicken breast, anything green, black coffee and some multivitamins for two months.

I took DNP for two cycles. I did it to get from ~12% to ~8% ish BF. It fucking works.
That being said, being on it fucking blows massive dick. You will sweat like a motherfucker even in cold weather, you will feel lethargic in the gym. Your lifts may suffer, and cataracts are a potential risk you must be aware of. It's literally the best thing out there for cheating your way to low body fat, and you won't die if you're not a retard with dosing.
Lastly, I'm never taking that shit again because I got intense pins and needles on my second cycle. Also I don't like yellow pit stains.

Can anyone explain how the fuck running for your entire life doesn't just wear your heart out and make you die earlier?

It seems that whenever there's a person who lives over 100, they almost never say that they run daily; it seems that all they practice is a good diet and very low mental stress.

I'd like some scientific studies on how exactly running regularly increases your lifespan over simply being in general good health.

asides from these reasons, running also has a significant impact on your hormones, decreasing cortisol (stress hormone), a short-term release in dopamine, improved muscle protein synthesis, slightly elevated testosterone levels etc etc

theres alot more to running than just your heart

hey /fit/. I've had enough of being a skeleton (my BMI howers around 18.3 usually). All these years a few things have kept me from getting fit. I want to change my self for the better, and getting fit seems like a good way to start fixing my life.

There are however, like I said, problems that should be accounted for. If you or anyone you knew with similar issues got fit please lend your advise to me. I don't want to remain a skeleton just because of a few bad genes.

Anyways I have Sensory Processing Disorder - Certain food textures make me throw up (namely fruits). I'm hypersensitive to Pain and have no pain tolerance, I recognize it is impossible for me to get pain tolerance due to this.

I have a weak digestive tract - Sensitive to certain foods, and I can't eat too much at once unless I want to be in a world of pain. Keep this in mind when reccomending a diet to me.

Athsma. I can't run or bike or do anything like that without feeling unable to breathe for an extended period of time.

I then have some other issues but I don't think they should effect me as much in this. I owe thanks to anyone willing to help me out a little. If you have any more questions or need any more info I'd be happy to answer them 4u.

So what do you do for sports besides lifting?

I'm getting pretty fucking bored with the gym and I want some suggestions as to what the fuck I should do.

The sport in question should either utilize my gains or add to them. Like I was thinking some martial arts or some shit but honestly I don't know.
