I've been extremely obese for most of my life. Girls reject me, have little friends and I feel like shit on a daily basis. I'm done with the weight, and want to lose the weight and make some gains.

Your life won't improve if you "make some gains". Even if you lose all your fat, you'll still look like an abomination at 5"7 and all that excess skin. Your crippling social and emotional retardations also will not be fixed by going to the gym - you are too far gone in those aspects from a lifetime of failure.

It simply depends on YOU.
Scientifically, the body isn't much weaker after 10 hours of fasting. But it could happen that your blood sugar drops too low for example. So just try it out. If your body can handle it fine and your numbers aren't lower than usual, then you're not missing out on any gains.

Was just waiting for this thread as I scrolled down. Everyday without fail there is an alphadestiny thread. That's no bad thing, he gives very good lifting advice and deserves the recognition, but it really does make me think he is /ourguy/. The end all and be all of natural lifting for your average fitizen. Proud to say I ran this program and it was ok. Not as good as his novice/intermediate hybrid, but ok.

Now I have way more energy, I can actually focus during my lectures, people are more social with me and I am more social with them, women notice me way more. But most of all, I just feel really good, like wtf I don't understand it myself. Is this how everyone felt all the time when I've been down and depressed for most of my adult life? It's only been two weeks.
What is the cause of this effect? Is it the weather that's been getting better or maybe the exercise? Is it everything? Is there anything else I should start/stop doing as well, because if it took me this long to change these things then I'm sure there's something else I'm missing.

There seems to be a point in my cut, every single time I cut, where I start bingeing. This is usually when I get leaner than I've ever been before. It's uncontrollable. I just feel like horse shit mentally and physically so I eat a ton of chocolate.
