i'm cutting and im HUNGRY as hell. My deficit is nothing too grande: -500kcal. Macros are very good and overall diet just good.

Yes. I drink about a pot of coffee a day, 2L of water as well. It helps with the hunger pangs.

Also as much broccoli as possible helps.

Post diet so we can shit on you though that's always fun

It's probably psychological if it's your first cut or you've been bulking for a long time. I use coffee and tea (with no sugar our cream obviously) to supress hunger and give me taste with like 3 - 5 calories
