About 3 years ago I met my gf. I had been working out for 2.5 years at that time and had made all kinds of gains. I kept working out for another year while dating her and got her to lift with me. Shit was great. I started getting complacent and lazy for whatever reason and stopped lifting for a few months, then I'd get pissed off at myself and lift for a few more months etc until about 6 months ago where I have again been consistently lifting. Luckily I retained a decent amount of size but obviously could be much more advanced if I was consistent.

The problem is the gf. After that first year of lifting with me she completely stopped. Since that time she's put on 25 lbs (she's 5'3" so that's a ton). She used to be a hot little thing now all I see is a fat short blob that cries too much. All she eats is garbage. She ate 24 mini oh Henry's in a day. She eats 3-4 Walmart butter buns a day. Mac and Cheese. Pudding for breakfast. And just a few days ago she asked me to stop lifting so much again because she misses my belly. I've always been on the leaner side but at the peak of my laziness I had about a half handful of stomach. She says she wants that. I get way more attention at bars from sloots in the past few months so it's obvious she's feeling insecure but isn't willing to change.

What do? Download tinder and fuck disgusting slags with STDs?

Tell her, that she doesn't resemble the girl you fell in love with and that if she doesn't want to change, for her own good, you'll break up with her.

Not sure if I just have god tier genetics or not but I look better than a vast majority of /fit posters and I literally lift once or twice a week and I just fuck around doing pull-ups, bench and curls lmao.
The only other exercise I do is I go on a leisurely hike once a day where I walk slow as shit and roll j's. Additionally, i eat whatever I want and my body resembles pic related identically, except I'm 5'11 and probably slightly bigger

It boggles my mind how ppl on here look like such utter shit and supposedly train consistently and eat clean.

So I wanted to lift more tham my last recorded max on Deadlift today but just bumping up five pounds I couldn't even get the bar up. I decided to try a mixed grip and I picked it up like it wasn't even there. I retested and ended up putting 50 lbs on my max (325) and maybe could've gone a little heavier too but I didn't want to overdo it.

Is this shit okay to keep doing? Am I a filthy fucking cheater?

What is the healthiest meal?

Milk is full of estrogen and progesterone (cows are kept constantly pregnant to keep the milk flowing), red meat elevates colon cancer risk, etc., etc. etc.

Has anybody weighed the relative risks of various ingredients and created a balanced meal that minimizes health risks (and not by just using obscure ingredients that haven't had any studies done to see if they're harmful or not)?

If you think like this, then there is none. All foods will have it's drawbacks and "risks" of causing SOMETHING negative to you. Keep a diet in moderation and variation between meals.
