I've heard Incline and Decline/Chest Dips are better for aesthetics (I do all of them), and BP is only great for overall strength gains. Is this true?

now. i've read that it's good to always do 24-48 hours rest time everytime you lift. not meaning you can't go back to the gym the next day, but you should work other muscles instead. like going leg day if you did arms/back the day before? what does fit think of this? try to keep "bro science" to a minimum. actual science is fine though.
