currently weigh 51kg for 178cm tall, and am 22. I recently met with a friend of mine from higschool, and he looks much manlier than me. Shit, even some 16 years Old i know look older than me.

51kg is featherweight tier, put on some mass and then cut. The fact that you're so light means that you always lowball the quantity you should eat daily, start counting your calories, eat a bit over maintenance and exercices.
How can you expect to be manly if you weight as much as a girl smaller than you ?
