My lifts are slowly going up. Things like the tricep pushdown machine are getting easier. I can curl more without as much struggle as before.

it would really depend on 2 factors, one, being fast enough to dodge an angry gorilla and put it in a chokehold, and two, being big enough to be able to hold down a gorilla.
Personally I coudn't because im not big enough, and it could probably tear my arms off, but if there was some huge dude and he learned judo or jewjistu it probably could work.
