I can't do series of full hanging leg raises without having an orgasm, wtf /fit/ How can I prevent myself of this while doing this exercise, I can't normally train my core. Coumpound lifts with moderate weight in the 15-20 rep range.

Don't strive for huge gains, just consistent improvement.

And meat and vegetables for food.

The only supps I use are whiskey and cialis if I've had too many whiskey supps.

Am i overdoing it? Would it be better to do less exercises? I am making gainz but i'm not sure if i could be making more by doing less.

I am 5'11, 24 year old male, and I weigh 225 lbs, I used to be 275 lbs but I've been steadily dropping weight over the past 12 months. Doing greyskull, 5K cardio, caloric deficit, read the sticky, yadda yadda. What I want to know is at what weight, for my height and age, should I start seeing ab definition?

I've been cutting for so long and I still look at myself and see fatty garbage. People keeping saying they see a difference in my appearance but I don't know if they're being sincere or if they're just lying to spare my feelings. I haven't even needed new pants sizes, my pants from when I was 275lbs still fit fine. How much longer is this road to ab definition.

Yes I know it's cheap to want abs but that's what I set my first big milestone for and it feels like it's never going to come.
