I'm pretty new to lifting and all this, i'm currently going 4 times a week, keeping it simple, doing 1. chest/biceps, 2. shoulders, triceps. 3. back and abs. 4. legs, my question is: Should i stick to this routine as someone who's only 1 month in, or would it be way more advantageous to do a routine similar to yours maybe 3-4 times a week? Maybe replacing pull-ups and maybe dips with some other compound moves a little easier?

As a beginner you shouldn't do one bodypart per week
Your muscles are small, your weights are low and you will recover much much faster than 1 week
You will benefit from a higher frequency training such as SS, SL, and PPL

For Dips, you can go 3x6, then 4x6, then 3x8, then 3x10, then 3x12. Then add weight. Dips are easy to progress on, really, every kind of set/rep combo is ok, as long you're progressing on number of dips. You'll soon get used to your bodyweight, and go weighted, which are insanely fun and effective. For pull ups, its just do more, as much as you can. Grease the groove, its bodyweight after all. Real progression can start with added weight.

I'm pretty tall at 186 cm
But I've been stuck at 76 kilo for weeks now. Even though I train 3 times a week until muscles are sore and wait until recovery. I do situp pull up, lifting, back strengthening, squads and push ups. no cardio. I also have been consuming a lot of protein through dairy products. Even skimmed milk. I haven't had too much calories though. Although no deficit.

I'm 19, 6'3" / 190.5cm tall , weighing 163 pounds / 74 kg.
Upper body is skinny as fuck
Arms/wrists like sticks, no pecs (at all) and I don't even have abs
(women with A-cups would laugh at how flat-chested I am)
Because of my metabolism, I do not easily gain fat / muscle mass
My questions for you /fit/
