can lifting help me in the marriage market after 28+? I've made a few mistakes in college, looking to get my life on track and lose the weight i've gained through partying. Don't want to end up like these ladies :(.

Left side is the exercise, right side is the mobility for that exercise, you do mobility after each set

FSAS - Fundamental Straight Arm Strength
FBAS - Fundamental Bent Arm Strength
FLS - Fundamental Leg Strength

the numbers like 5x60s means mastery for the movement, in this case you look at 60s/60rep template and follow that progression, once you hit mastery (can do 5x60s) you move to the next level

for negative movements, 5x5x10s means you descend for 10s each rep

Has anybody tried out "Convict conditioning"? Is it any good? I have seen that the /fit/ section of 2ch (russian 4chan) recommends it, but I am not yet convinced - seemed like a meme book.

How long do you think it would take me to achieve results like guys 3 and 4 in this pic?

I'm 5'7, 130lbs, approx. 18-19%bf.
Bench: 65kg (143lbs)
Squat: 65kg
DL: 110kg (242lbs)

I know genetics aren't particularly on my side as I used to lift a few years ago believe it or not with those shitty stats but it took me like 2.5 years to add 20kg to my bench press.

Would I be best off starting by cutting fat or gaining muscle?

Started boxing. Maxing out on dumbbells, satisfied with size, only after getting sub 12% bf now.
For 2 years I've lifted 5 days a week, barely any missed workout days. One was due to an injury (not because of liftan) which took me off for 7 days. The rest..yeah I think I've been religiously hitting the gym.

Still 5'8, but now I'm 65kg 14% or so bf.
Shit will take time, you're not better off doing whatever, you only need consistency.

Idk if this will be a good way for you but I'll eat a lot one day and almost nothing the next so it works out to tdee-500. Can't do it every day but can still go crazy on the weekend and stay on track. Will power is a muscle, it needs to be trained and not overworked. Look at your caloric intake in terms of a week or month instead of a day.
