I'm pretty tall at 186 cm
But I've been stuck at 76 kilo for weeks now. Even though I train 3 times a week until muscles are sore and wait until recovery. I do situp pull up, lifting, back strengthening, squads and push ups. no cardio. I also have been consuming a lot of protein through dairy products. Even skimmed milk. I haven't had too much calories though. Although no deficit.

dude simply eat more calories. calories in > calories out = weight gain. if you have more muscle mass then you will automatically have more calories out even when not working out because muscle needs to eat.
