your legs are laughable.

For Dips, you can go 3x6, then 4x6, then 3x8, then 3x10, then 3x12. Then add weight. Dips are easy to progress on, really, every kind of set/rep combo is ok, as long you're progressing on number of dips. You'll soon get used to your bodyweight, and go weighted, which are insanely fun and effective. For pull ups, its just do more, as much as you can. Grease the groove, its bodyweight after all. Real progression can start with added weight.

Adding to this, if your bench is at what 1,5 plate? doing the dips progression can really stress your chest, tris, and unironically forearms, harming bench progress. I'm eyeballing here, but you've been lifting for 6~ months? Post stats please. Its important, because you wouldn't be able to handle the volume of actual dips progression if you're a begginer.

isnt pullups everyday and dips everyday a overkill? I started progres on pullups and dips now beacuse I got pulled muscle and doctor told me to back off heavy lifting (squats, dls im a powerfaag) for like a month. So I got on cut to go from 15% to 10% (i will continue cut when back to squatting and dling too) and for this month I said to myself fuck bench too and do other strenght general stuff instead.

My current routine:

Dips 5x3-6 (when total of 25 reps up to 4-7 and aim for 30 reps so on, so on)
Pullups 7x1-3 (when total of 15 reps go for 2-4) also do 3x6-12 banded pullups after it
Pendlay row 5x5 basic 2,5kg progression started at 70kg but it was uber light
Dumbell bench press go for heavy x8 rpe 8 and do it until rpe 9
same with shoulder dumbell press
farmer carries 3x each side
glute ham rise 3x12

i aim to do it for a month 3x a week

is it bad?

I do 30 pullups just as my warm-up before the gym and I train 6 times a week. Your upper back can handle crazy amounts of volume
>>
>>41622464
I mean if you are a beginner your routine is fine but if you're not get on a real program broski
>>
>>41622559

I dunno, im uber sore today on my back
>>
>>41622583

I didnt strenght progress on this 3 lifts so I could be beginner regarding to them, and with rpe on dumbells im fine cuz im not going for overkill i think
>>
>>41622586
Sounds moreclike DOMS or shitty recovery (if ur on a heavy cut for example) than over training.
>>
>>41622618

yea i mean doms

my cutt isnt that heavy I think

200g protein/60g fats/230g carbs
