A thread for all bros suffering from gyno, be it from puberty, roids or any other reason. I got gyno during puberty and it was very minor. The past week or two I've noticed my previously fine right nipple has formed gyno and the left side has begun growing. Can only assume it is hormone imbalance related.
I've been told it looks normal by a few mates I've shown it to, what are /fit's thoughts?

I know this is pretty autistic but i was adding mass to myself in paint as a potential future goal body (based off my frame).

I have a hand me down set of weights that I started using several months ago. I've since grown strong enough to lift all the plates that I currently own (only around 60lb + bar). I'm trying to think of some cheap ways to build my own plates / weights. I can't go to a gym because the closest one to me is about 40 min away and way overpriced for what they offer.
I'm thinking a few paint cans filled with quickcrete. I might be able to score a free tractor tire too seeing as I live in the fucking woods. So has /fit/ ever made their own weights?

yeah i tried and it was shit. you can get 40kg of plates for less than 30 quid if you shop around. if you want to make something make a decent bench
Sure. I use a backpack, fill it up with various books or water bottles (I can choose the weight that way) and use a hoover pipe as a handle. Been doing curls like that ever since.
