Training is noticeably behind nutrition and proper sleep.

a half assed 1 hour bro work out with proper macros and 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep will give you a better physique than some IIFYM fatass on "just bulking" mode or someone who sleeps 3-4 hrs a day with dave palumbo overseeing his gym routine.

Intensity is less important than weekly accumulation of volume.

Glossary:
Intensity: Refers to lifting at % of your 1RM. High intensity training would be working with 85-100% of your 1 RM

Volume: weight x sets x reps
