I just started lifting last week, and I was wondering typically how sore you should feel after a workout. After the first week I could barely move my arms and legs, I was walking around like a penguin. Second week I'm barely even sore, just a little pressure in my arms and thighs, that's about it. Is that normal?
yes that's normal DOMS. as long as you're not in pain (you'll know), then you're good.
