Is there anything that the back squat provides that the front squat doesn't? I've been thinking of switching, but I was wondering if I should just alternate.

I'm very prone to horrible acne. Although it has been getting better. Is it possible whey/creatine would make me breakout worse? I heard whey has dairy, I don't think dairy makes me breakout I've always had cereal.

Doing a few sets of Stiff-Leg Deadlifts are 10,000 times better than doing Seated/Lying Leg curls.
Thinking about trying it. Who knows how much literal shit has been in my colon for god knows how long, possibly years.

No. You're insecure and misguided if you think a pump is going to make a girl like you more. Your face, personality, earning potential, and sexual prowess (how long you last, size, if you're any good in general) are much more important as long as you look somewhat athletic. If I have a bulge disc in my lower back and it causes me some pain should I stop squats and deadlift forever?
I haven't even reached 2pl8 squat and 3pl8 deadlift.
Honestly stop chasing bigger lifts. Lift a comfy amount for a comfy number of reps. Progress only when you feel good don't push yourself. There's literally no reason to lift heavy if you're not competing. Doing a compound lift routine with bitch weight will get you all the gains you need because men have this thing in their system called testosterone and the only thing that's gonna make you jacked is more of it.
So just take it easy lower the weight and fuck the memers.

How do I know if I have a bulge disc in my lower back?
I've had some lower back pain since the past 3 weeks? that causes me discomfort sometimes. I still went to the gym to do SL and didn't have problem (but when I lift the weight from the rack I had a discomfort/little pain in my lower back).
Well I stopped since saturday and went to doctor in monday. I'm taking pills for the pain and I'm good but I'll rest 2 weeks. I haven't had pain in my legs or a big pain. I didn't have pain while doing bench press or OHP; but because my discomfort in lower back, my deadlift didn't feel that good.
Doctor said it wasn't something serious, just take 10 days off.
Have you guys had discomofort in your lower back? it's the first time I've had a pain in my lower back.
I'm 19 years old. I've been only doing compound lifts 3x5 or 5x5-6 since January. (deadlift 1x5, but before 1x5 I warm with lower weight)
