As to the op, no such routine exists.
While glutes can handle a high training volume, they respond better to a lower training frequency (check out dr mike israetel's interview on iraki nutrition about frequency)
Something like your basic bitch novice routine, adding hip thrusts on deadlift day, and light isolations on non deadlift days (cable leg kickbacks are a good one)
Don't get too crazy. Something like ss or greyskull is fine.
Also Bret contreras has some free routines and great info on glute training

So I just started Jujutsu, I have never been in a proper fight and don't seek confrontation but I realised that if I do get into a fight I think I would just freeze up and not know what to do due to my lack of desensitization to violence. And the way Europe is going very quickly south I want a way to quickly and simply put down and enemy aggressor. I also value the fitness and discipline it delivers and think everyone should learn a Martial Art at least for the latter two reasons.
Does anyone else here train in the 'gentle technique' and have any tips or sources for helpful material?
Also general martial arts thread because I don't see them on here really but its very much a form of fitness training.
