I am to much of cheap scape to pay for gym and I am not willing to swallow pride and go to planet fitness.
>I've seen what comes of their hamplanets every time I pass their without fail
I like doing bodyweight exercises they are fun to me even have a full calisthenics only
But all my friend are into lifting and they are all bigger than me and can lift way more like my one of my friend does 80 pound 5 rep max curls and I can only do 50
But the only saving grace for me is I can beat them in bodyweight exercises I can do one handed push ups and hand stand while my friend cant do even one
Should go f the weights I have at home and just go pure bodyweight and if I do what's the limit on how big I can get

Is soy full of estrogen? Does it lower test?

I have read multiple conflicting things, is there any consensus on this matter at all?

Have any of you consumed soy over a longer timespan (years) and can report any changes in your body?

I've been consuming soy since the first time I went "vegetarian" around age 13. (I eat meat now, only went vegetarian cuz of a peta pamphlet I read)

I am not regularly consuming it, but I do enjoy the taste of tofu and will have it at least once a week. I'm a girl, so if the estrogen meme was true I would have large boobs right? I'm a B cup. It's a meme.

I've cut out dairy/meat and only eat soy meat/milk for the past 3 months

My acne has cleared up, Body fat has reduced, good cholesterol was raised and I have way more energy

The only drawbacks I'm having are my gooch feels tingly and my nipples are sensitive but my nutritionist Dr. Stein said those would go away in a few months.

Ello /fit/,

Can I get some actual legit advice? No homo edition. I'm aware of the fact that I'm fat etc, save your breath.

This is me at 1,85 and 84kg. I drive my bike about 4 to 6 times a week for 45min, some days I decide to bike to Amsterdam an it'll take me 3 hours total (1,5 to and 1,5 from).

My question is this:
At what weight would you guys reckon I start to look better? I'm currently working towards 80kg, I'm already down from 89.

I'm aware of the fact that my legs, ass etc are fat. Save it, just hit me with a weight I should strive for to look less shit, thanks.

Anyways there's not a magical weight you'll look good, you could look way better at the same weight if you add muscle and lose fat. So, make working out part of your life now

Opinions on German Volume Training? I'll start a six week 10x10 program on monday after training mostly strength for roughly 2 years, now I'm really just looking for mass for the rest of this year.

I'm a girl and I can back this post up for the most part, the only compliments I ever recieve from other women are typically either backhanded or used to get something out of me. Of course there are outliers though, but the outliers are few and far between because they are women who are fully secure in themselves and usually in a good spot in life.

how to naturally increase your test level?

1. AVOID PLASTIC
plastic contains xenostrogen, your body can't tell the differents to real ostrogen. this will decrease your test level.

2. ZINC, MAGNESIUM, VITAMIN D
your body needs it to built hormones. check if you get enough of it.

3. EAT NUTS
lots of saturated fat, good for your own nuts.

4. AVOID TOO MUCH FRUCTOSE
it will decrease your test production.

5. LOW BODYFAT
high bodyfat will decrease your test production.

6. EAT YOUR OATS
fiber, zinc, arginin, aminoacids and low fat. perfect for your breakfast.

7. AVOID TOO MUCH CARDIO
strenght training will increase your test. cardio will decrease it up to 40%.

8. WORK YOUR WHOLE BODY
isolating excercises aren't that good to push your test level.

9. SLEEP ENOUGH
your body is producing test while you sleep. less sleep means less test.

10. ALCOHOL, NICOTIN AND COFFEE WILL DECREASE YOUR TEST LEVEL
avoid alcohol and nicotin. 1 coffee directly before your workout is enough for the day.
if you want to drink alcohol don't drink beer. hop contains ostrogen.

Its pretty great, and free as well in this form. Lots of popular methods condensed into one book. Great beginner to intermediary "natural testosterone" building.

Though since its somewhat closed source, I feel like we need to go more public and in depth around this topic.

Because natural high test could be a panacea to many ills in our society. Especially since our society has low test because of habits and diet.
