I had the same issue and it still happens sometimes but I can control it. If you feel the anxiety kick in just stand up, walk around and do something, listen to music or think about shit. That + exercise helped me control them. My attacks never last longer than 10 seconds and no one notices.

Push through. I posted the other day about my anxiety while doing cardio at the gym, and even today it was a lot better. Ease up when you have to, go hard when you can, just keep going. I believe you brah!
