I'm moving to a new area and I want to establish a social circle of /fit/ people.
I've been lifting for a couple years now and I want to take my hobby to the next level, actually apply my strength to something besides shitposting. I am considering two choices:
A. Joining a crossfit box (I actually like crossfit workouts, they're fun and the girls are fucking hot)
B. Or doing BJJ and getting a normie gym membership on the side. I've been doing BJJ for 4 months now and it's also fun as all hell and it's something I think i can actually get good at in a couple years .
I'd do crossfit and bjj if I had the money... But I don't.
The other make-Or-break factor is the girls. I have a huge thing for strength/crossfit girls who deadlift and I want to fuck them. These girls are too healthy to get smashed during happy hour and they're too good for tinder- I have to go to the box where they are to smash. If I do BJJ itll be a sausage fest and I'll just keep banging normies or fapping when I'm bored.

Unless you're 250 poons with prior athletic or weight lifting experience, no you won't be hitting a 4 pl8 squat on a beginner program. You'll be lucky to hit 3 pl8 in a reasonable amount of time.

It depends on your rest, genetics, and how hard you're willing to bulk.
3pl8 squat is realistic and should be achieved on most beginner Programs. You're ready for an intermediate program after you've stalled after a couple of resets, and have ruled out external factors such as rest/diet/form as the cause of said stall. What this number will be will vary for each individual.

Just eat meats, protein powder and green veggies and drink only water.
You don't even need to track calories if you eat that way + you'll be healthier for it (mainly because you wont be trying to squeeze in junk like you would when counting macros/calories)

Growing up I was the fat kid, I saw so many skinny guys eat absolute junk but still look trim, when I left high school I thought enough is enough,cut off my old friends and started lifting. Now I look good, am reasonably strong and have visible abs, literally nobody could imagine me fat qtsbmirin.
This isn't an excuse thread, I took responsibility and improved my situation, but I can't shake off this idea that I'm naturally fat and that there is something to this. My muscles grow really well, even calves, shoulders etc, but if I quit lifting I know I would go back to being a lardass
