Is there a link between the two or is this meme science? From what I read it's vaguely connected and might speed up hair loss of it's already in your genetics.

Been using creatine for a couple months and noticed my hair's getting thin in some parts. I'm going to stop using it and see if my hair will improve. Baldness ruins in my family but not in their 20s. My brother has no hair loss problems and he's older than me, he doesn't work out or use creatine. So hopefully my hair goes back to normal...

Thoughts /fit/? Should I kill myself now?

Hi, I drink 6-8 liters of Diet-Pepsi a day, have been for 15 years. I'm 5'10" and 178 lbs. I work out regularly and have blood pressure of 111/65. I'm told soft drinks are bad for me but there isn't another drink that satisfies me the way DP does and I need it because I went up to 262lbs 15 years ago and DP helped me control my weight.

College for Nursing, part time janitor, guitarist in a few bands, session musician every now and then

Would change job, but schedule works really well with my current lifestyle.
Think I might get back into tutoring, guitar lessons, and repairs, if income is stable enough I'll quit.

Usually lift right after work or later at night on my days off to avoid that 6pm gym crowd

Pretty much the title. Im a freshie in college, and i finally have free gym access.
Now that I'm on the road to get swoliolio, I need protein. Aside from burgers at the cafeteria, there really isn't much to go around. There is a nearby mini convenience store of sorts, but it doesn't have any protein powder. It does have peanut butter though, and also peanuts. Which should I get? Should I get either? Are they actually good long term sources of protein? They seem to have a somewhat high fat and sodium content, so that's why I ask. Anyone have any other ideas?

So after picture related I can no longer do conventional squats.

I've searched but been overwhelmed with conflicting opinions. The options seem to be Pseudo-Sumo or Bulgarian Split Squats.

Please tell me there are alternatives that I can replace in standard programs to achieve a similar result.
