Hey guys,
So I don't know whether this belongs here, but /fit/ isn't called "Heath and Fitness" anymore, so idk. Anyway, I've been having trouble with my face in the last year in a half (see attached). Often times it gets flaky and irritated and was wondering if anyone else has had his issue and how it could be resolved? I never had his kinda thing happen to me until recently. I did however have a massive weight gain (75 pounds or so) in the last two years. So maybe that can contribute?

I'm an Australian who's about to start a university semester exchange in Germany.
Did a trial of one of the gyms near me and got kicked out for wearing a singlet like pic related.
This is while the girls are all walking around in just sports bras.

Is there some sort of cultural taboo in Germany where it's Haram to see a man's delts or did I just visit an absolute mong gym?

Heidelberg, the gym was Venice Beach.

Didn't seem like a planet fitness tier gym, was filled with plenty of free weights and barbells.

Unfortunately there arent any McFits around me, are there any other 24h chains in Germany?

I'm 18, 6'7, 265 pounds. My whole life I've been skinny-fat and not particularly active or in shape (not sedentary though). Now that I'm in college I want to change that. I'm not trying to become a Navy SEAL, but I've r made up my mind that I want to get into that kind of shape. Here are my goals:
-Get down to 210-220 pounds
-100 pushups nonstop
-100 situps nonstop
-20 pullups
-20 reps bodyweight bench press, deadlift, squat
-4 mile run in under 30 min.
-14 mile run, completion

I have the time and the energy to do this, I just need to figure out a workout and diet plan. In an ideal world I would lift in the morning and run/cardio in the afternoon. Does anyone who's reached those numbers have any advice?

Also, I only have access to a regular gym, so no crossfit.

As long as you can complete what you are going for and give it 110% till the end,you can make it.

SEALs aren't magical fairy eugenics-tier supermen (tho seal officers mite b),if you are in the correct shape and have the determination you can do it.

You just have to want it.

Hi, I am 41.

I hope you can learn from my experiences.

I have done some stuff for a long time, and I have found that some of it was worthwhile.

1) Learning how to lift properly. I wasted years doing stupid isolation exercises. Compound exercises changed everything, made me less susceptible to injury, and put on way more muscle.

2) moisturizer/sunblock. It really makes a difference. I have a much younger face than other guys my age.

3) finding active hobbies. You're more likely to keep moving if you find something you really enjoy. Boxing kept me active for years (until I got older and became a bit of a pussy. Now I just do BJJ, which hurts my nose less).

4) drinking shitloads of water. I started doing this years ago, and I think it is part of the reason I am healthier than 98% of the guys my age. Also, I really don't want kidneystones.

Shit that I did that was dumb:

1) not understanding nutrition until my 30s. All those wasted gains!

2) Not getting enough sleep. I would probably be DLing 9000 pounds right now if I had realized the importance of rest.

3) being scared of rejection until I was in my late 20s. For fucks sake, I could have enjoyed some really fine ladies back then.

4) not having a legs day until my late 20s. I looked like a reverse tyranasaurus until I was almost 30.

I have today off work, so I will be shitposting until the wife gets home. Ask me questions about being old and stuff.

Stretching is both overrated and essential. While it won't restore your posture, if you are like me, without stretching you can't even get in the right posture. For example my hamstrings where so thigh before I started that it hurt even getting in the starting position for the stretching. Also

For example in my case I had (and still have) sway back posture. I'm correcting myself all the time to stop pushing my hips foward with every step.

Been doing some stretching stuff I found on the internet for like half a year now and while I feel like I can't stretch any further at this point, my posture seems to be about the same. In fact I may have developed a hunch so getting a proper posture is pretty hard if I don't look into the mirror and correct myself. And then I just somehow can't keep the good posture, especially when sitting in front of the computer, since no matter what, after few hours there I will be tired and slouch.

What do?
