Is nofap important /fit/? I'm 18 so my sex drive is insatiable. I have been trying to do nofap for the past year. Longest I've made it was 17 days. I don't believe it gives you superpowers, cures acne, etc. I doing it to try and control my lust.

If fapping is OK, then what about noporn? Is porn bad in moderation, like once every other day or longer? Seriously, I edged yesterday and now I am a ball of horniness. I need to know what to do /fit/?

Should I join my university's powerlifting club? I'm a novice/low intermediate so I'm not keen on competing, even though it's mandatory that we attend comps to either participate in them or volunteer as a spotter.

I mainly just want to meet people who are good at lifting so I can learn and possibly be mentored, but the dues are 250 fucking dollars per semester. Meaning $500 per year, and most of that is probably going towards the serious lifters on the team so that they can fly out to Europe to compete. I'm not sure if it's worth it; has anybody else been in the same situation?

Anyway to increase recovery rate?

I love working out and have recently hit a plateau - i cannot work out more than i do now due to inadequate rest time.

I really want to work out more though but my body cannot handle more, seriously thinking of going /fraud/ just so I can workout more, at this point I do not even care about gains. I just want to be able to run and lift more frequently than I can now.

I got lucky that a store near me (Albertsons) constantly had sales on meat. Literally ate chicken, broccoli, potatoes, mixed veggies, brown rice and a few more here and there for about $40-45 a week.

Literally would buy 10 lbs of chicken a week for about $15

I spend roughly 200€ per month on food.
A hell lot of meat (around 2 Kg of chicken breast per week, and tha shit is 8.53€ per Kg) and a hell lot of fresh veggies, though I usually got sales or reductions of sorts from vendors (I go to an outdoor market place). Buying very ripe stuff and cooking them or just putting them in the fridge can do wonders. My starch comes either from sweet potatoes, brown rice or beans/lentils, so I don't spend this much on them. Then, fruits (banana and apples, mostly, with avocados, peaches or oranges and nuts) and cheese. I also use oats and soy milk for breakfast.
Alternative to PB could be cheese, but it's way more costly.
Then I try to meal prep the starch/veggies, sometimes the meat, though I also spend quite a lot of time cooking on the spot.
It's erratic really, and I'm absolutely not on a budget so I go for expensive stuff sometimes.

As for a routine, I usually eat 5 460 cals meal.

100mL soy milk
A banana
An apple
PB or tangerine to get roughly to 460 Cals

>lunch
Chicken Brest
Starch (rice/sweet potato/quinoa/corn)
Veggies
Cheese
Apple
More cheese to get to 460 Cals

Avocado
Raw veggies soup
Starch (Beans or lentils)
cheese or fruit or PB to get to 460 cals

Same as lunch

>Evening snack
Salad (tomatoes/cucumber/mushrooms/salad)
Starch (bens or lentils, or sometimes grain)
Low fat cottage cheese
PB, or a piece of fruit, or cheese, to hit my daily goal

Not sure it helps, but if anyone as any remark on the diet I'll be grateful.

I had this so bad that it caused me to go to the hospital for migraines. I tried physical therapy but that didn't work really. The only thing that helped was lots of biofreeze and a detox

do 10 days rest with a neck brace then do neck rehab. Lift if it doesn't stress the neck, light weights, high reps. I had it once because of wrestling. I was on my neck for a good 30 seconds holding weight with my head and one arm. Shit was burning the next day
