Been doing calisthenics for about 3 weeks
Started off at 3 pushups, barely being able to retract my scapula and deadhang for like 5 seconds.
Now I can do 10 pushups and still have a little energy left, I can pull myself up to about 90 degrees and I can hold negatives for about 3 seconds.
I'm making progress and it feels fucking amazing.
I actually have slight chest muscles and while I probably look like a fat DYEL I'm improving, you guys.
Zyzz is my motivation, and so are you guys.
Calisthenics is my passion and I'm just having a great day, so I wanted to share.
Why do people complain that it takes so long and it takes patience?
Also, how are your days going /fit/? TGIF?
