soy based isolate is generally considered to have a worse/less complete protein profile than whey and is more slowly digested (I think?), so you may wanna mix it it with other types of protein powder to make sure you get all the different types of protein.

Or just focus on getting your protein from lean chicken meat, eggs etc.
