Any one know some tips on how to make your grip strength stronger for dead lift? Every time I lift over lmao 3plt for over one rep I lose my grip and it hurts my fingers. I don't want to do mixed grip cause it just feels weird and I feel like I'm cheating.

Grip work. I prefer dead holds from a rack, lift off like you're shrugging, you'll pull 3.5 plate and work your core and grip.

Keeping this simple, I have lost motivation for lifting, eating right, studying, etc..
What's going on in my life is i fucking made it finally, when i was a poorfag i had a goal, i had a dream to do something greater than the position i was in at the time. I actually made it and financially I am set, and now i have lost motivation for the other things in life. I don't struggle anymore with money. I honestly don't know what to do anymore, I have a great career but honestly nothing else right now. How do you get motivation to start struggling/hustling again?? I just don't have the same drive to study, become fit etc..
Nothing drives me. I just recognize on an instinctual level that it's right and don't question it.

Fitizens, I constantly see threads asking about what jobs are /fit/ approved, have you considered being a mover? Probably the most physically demanding job you can do. Juicy tips, a job anyone can get, make your own schedule, bulking season is year round with the calories you'll be burning, score free shit, AND paid gains. Your legs and abs get hit everyday, so yiu can focus on the glamour muscles in the gym. So /fit/, have you considered being a mover, if you are a neet this is a job you can absolutely get, especially in the summer - the busy season. Just my .02 bros
