Maybe lots of meat, chicken, pork, beef, fish is a good start.
Easy carbs you can get from oats, pasta, rice, potatos..
Some of the best veg is spinach and broccoli and it goes well with meats...
Fruits are good to keep your glycogen stores up.
I just went grocery shopping today. I'd say to stay away from too much milk products, solid food is better. But what do I know
