Started at 230lbs Dropped down to 150 but right now im like 156-157or 8 because of lifting and letting myself eat a little more of the things i want, I'm only 5'6 but it distributes well as of now broad shoulders and such. I do plan on going lower though for sure, once I have some noticable muscle under this skin.

I'm not Catholic. But, one night I had a dream that I went to a Catholic church to pray with a Catholic friend of mine. There wasn't a mass going on or anything. It was a church in Hawaii, and the guy I was there with was a friend I met when I was living in Hawaii. Anyways, when we were in the church, there was an old man with a black beard, a hat, and glasses sweeping the floor of the church. I believe it was St. Damien of Molokai.

St. Damien lived his life in service to those that Providence had put in his path. He eventually found himself in Hawaii, and he cared for a colony of lepers living there. Later on, he contracted leprosy and died.

He is sort of the reason I lift. I entered into the medical field, and I train my body because I want to have all the strength I need to care for everyone put in my path. I need to be able to have the physical, mental, and spiritual stamina to save everyone I can.
