How do i get this physique
I've been lifting for about 4 weeks. I'm 350 lbs, eating at a 500 calorie deficit. Am I going to make it? Will cardio and caloric deficit kill strength gains?Should I just do cardio until I'm lighter? I just became solid purple today, I'm proud of myself.
