Tomorrow is my first day at gym
i already got my membership bought reebok shoes and gloves and today i ate whole pizza/bowl of rice/ chicken/ ate 3 home made pudding cups with fresh raspberries drank 1l of water drank a mango orange pineapple juice.

Any last minute advice u can give me.

My lifts are
bench - 77.7kg
press - 55kg
squat - 120kg
deadlift -125kg
(all for 5 reps)

I did Greyskull LP for about 6 months and I've been on Texas Method for about 1 month, is it too late to switch back to a linear progression like SS and milk some LP gains for just a little bit longer? I think i switched to TM too early.

I am 23, been training for 3 years for strenght and endurance and I still look like a dyel.

Coach and friends kept saying "you don't need mass or aesthetics gor your job anon!" Well you know what? FUCK YOU FAGGOTS. WHILE I WAS RUNNING FOR MILES AND MILES YOU WERE ALL SLAYING MAD PUSSY. I feel robbed and missing out so much in life. Just fuck it man I need a routine, especially for shoulders and ass. I thought about doing greyskull and add some accessories like pull ups.

Just get me back on track, I am tired of being looked down like somekind of inferior subhuman male. I want my share too. Even though I'll mostly get the leftovers, I'll eat every damn leftovers left.

You would probably injure yourself lifting that much unless you do a convoluted routine. Also if you're talking about eating at maintenance the whole time you'd get more muscular, sure but you'd be better off losing some weight anyway

Why is sugar bad?

It's fast digesting so quick energy, has no fat, and tastes fucking great.

I'm a recovering fatasfatass who's lost about 35 lbs. I look so much better than before, I just look like a normal fat person instead of some morbidly obese blob. I still have a lot more work to do, but I've made definite progress.
