Buy any 180 inch wraps, not the shorter ones. You might be tempted because they're like half the price, but it's super hard to get a good wrap out of 108 and I prefer 180 because of how much I can get my wrist along with a full hand wrap. Feels really good and doesn't unravel in the middle of a sesh. Brand doesn't matter tbqh

/fit/ what is the best way to live a healthy long life? Physically, mentally, emotionally.

How can I think my health in the long run? Some people do a lot of exercise, but also eat junk food, cancer infested stuff, red meat, soda, etc. I see people posting here only stuff about specific goals, no matter if they eating shit, they are just bulking, or cutting and that's what matters. Do you ever think about your health?

I've talked to a lot of healthy older people (60+) about this and what I've gathered is stay active, don't eat a lot, and eat healthy when you do. Seems like no shit Sherlock advice but it's pretty straightforward and an easy way to live.

Do grey skulls (including microplates, essential) with some aesthetic work on top. Less t-rex mode than SS. Having said that, running SS for 12 weeks or something first is a solid idea because you'll have a fuckload of noob gains to absorb the rapid weight increases.

Eat more, like a lot more.

one thing GS does that SS doesn't is regularly reinforce neck training, this is a good thing, because your height \ weight confirms you for pencil neck mode, which is bad.

If as a DYEL I never had any problem getting women, will lifting increase my success and/or caliber of women?

I have had rejections in the last but Iv also been with some women that I would consider way out of my league. I'm not ugly by any means but not many people would call me sexy or hot either which makes me think that my charisma, intelligence and/or social status have been what's helped me this far so if that's the case adding a fit body should damn well make me irresistible right?

Current lifts are as follows

2pl8 bench for 8 reps
1pl8 OHP for 6 reps
2.5pl8 squat for 4 reps.

Also messed around on some leg machines idk. Is this a good starting place? When should we add more weight? Any other leg/butt exercises for maximum trap?
