a 230lb fatty decided to eat well and lift. just lift. no cardio. no other shit. not even walking. just lifting. 12 hours a day, 7 days a week of lifting.
could i turn into pic related (except even more muscles on the arms)
no. hes on drugs
read the sticky
You would probably injure yourself lifting that much unless you do a convoluted routine. Also if you're talking about eating at maintenance the whole time you'd get more muscular, sure but you'd be better off losing some weight anyway
>just lifting. 12 hours a day, 7 days a week of lifting
Sure thing bud

>dat cancer goal
>liftan 12 hours a day 7 days a week as a natty

If you're lifting 12 hours a day 7 days a week, you're lifting air.
You're not in DBZ. You dont just train non stop for a little while and get super ripped and powerful.
The hardest part about losing weight and getting stronger is learning patience. Anyone with enough caffeine and anxiety can throw themselves at a gym for an hour or two, but it's not going to make them a Greek God in a weeks times.

>12 hours a day
CMON???
>12 hrs a day 7 days a week
How many scoops are you going to be on?

>12 hours a day, 7 days a week of lifting.
You would overtrain and probably injure yourself within the first couple weeks.

You would be lifting such light weights you are just doing cardio and would develop a ultra marathon body pic related.
If you want to look like big Z you need to eat non stop and lift heavy shit in a structured manner
>>39085052
Also high doses of PEDs
>>39083250
meh, i'm only lifting and doing no cardio, just eating clean. losing weight (down 40lbs since april) and getting strength gains. cardio's a meme
>>39083250
You won't turn into the most genetically gifted lifter to have lived by following a shitty routine. Also he's on roids.
Lifting 12 hours a day? Sure, if you take hour long breaks between exercises. 7 days a week? lol, you need rest for muscles to recover.
