I would love if we could make a list of all the non negotiable foods that we must eat to grow stronger and bigger, especially some veggies and fruits. I want to start counting calories but If I do I plan on making 2 or 3 days where the foods are the same (so much that I don't eat the same everyday and so little that I don't have to calculate for different foods all the time) but I want a list of all the obligatories.
