I've been targeting about 3000 cals/day, effectively eating around 2700. Should I be trying to eat much more than this (like around 3500)?

5'8 manlet, 160 lbs, pic related.

Doing SS, focusing on increasing the weight I can lift.

im 5'9 and 200. started from 150 and ate 1,000 over maintenance till i hit that 200 lol.

my lifts are

140kg squat
140kg DL
80 bench
60 OHP
60 powerclean

The triceps lateral head gives a lot of width to the upper arm and in my opinion looks great when it's large.

What's the best exercises to target and grow the triceps lateral head?

In need of advice...

I smoke weed since my early teens and started daily usage around the age of 19 years old. I’m 25 years old now and since then I have only stopped smoking on counted occasions and for no more than 3-4 weeks. The last time I took a pause was because my daily usage was becoming too heavily and affecting my daily life, at that time stopping was easy. After I stopped I began a healthy lifestyle (exercise daily and good diet) that continued for almost an year, until one year ago where I started increasing my usage (5 joints a day atm), I’ve become lazy, moody and with no motivation at all and stuck in a circle of smoking, work, sleep, food, smoke, smoke, smoke……

I tried stopping cold turkey but the psychological withdrawal symptoms are too much and I find myself going back to smoking or vaping, are there any techniques to spot the craving?
This might be a long shot but if any anons know about an HOLLISTIC approach to this wholes DETOX process it would be much appreciated but, but all advice will be read and comprehendend.

If it doesn't work (It's really hit or miss) then just stop gradually.
You need to break the habit too for example. You smoke one with your coffee in the morning ? Skip the coffee, drink Orange juice and run a mile.
After work you usually get on the couch and play vidya when smoking ? Break that habit, pick up your dusty guitar and play for an hour or just go for a walk.
Also don't keep an emergency stash "just in case" once you stopped. If you don't have any, you won't smoke. You may get bored and think of that but it'll pass eventually.

How do I actually tell whether I am low test or not? all the 'symptoms' articles online seem bullshit and I want to have some basis before I go get it checked.

According to bb forums etc, decreased sex drive, sleepiness, lack of motivation and erectile dysfunction are the most common symptoms. I am ok libido-wise, my dick works wonders, but I seem tired no matter how much sleep i get. I also feel like nothing matters and so on, but i guess thats just chan-induced nihilism.

Now this may be a really dumb question and I'm sure it's been asked before, but I've never seen a serious answer. Can eating your own sperm minimize test loss from jacking off. Whenever I jack off I feel weaker at the gym the following day, but I am not willing to commit to Nofap. So can I minimize my losses by eating my own semen? This is not a troll thread. Yes it would. See a bit of your test leaves the body when you cum. Think like giving blood. It takes time for the body to make more blood. Which is why you cannot give it but once a week. So if you were to drink your semen, you will achieve some of the test back. Not all of it mind you due to oxygenation. However it would be sufficient enough, and better than nothing. I'm an a phone right now, but when I get to a PC later, I'll link some studies I found on nhlib.

Heads up, it's kinda hard to swallow at first. I would suggest diluting it in warm water until you can do it straight. The dilution will remove some test, but it will help you get used to doing it.

Also sucking off another dude will not give you rest. However their is protein in it, so there is something.
