guys how do i excercise my "sides" because ive been doing crunches but my sides are lacking so i look like a gay numale cuck with like a girl ish figure. also my lower abs dont show much unless i flex it kinda looks like i have an "alien" in there idk if that makes sense. also i have small hands and im super insecure about it like i have skinny fingers with no muscle on them..how can i get bigger hands? or thicker fingers..? sorry if stupid questions but id appreciate any advice.

YMMV, but I consider it an important mental/anti-anxiety and anti-inflammatory supplement. In fact, I believe it played a big part in my individual successes. Once your tolerance builds and you become more educated with the substance, the less sense the stereotypes make.
I'm still testing my cardio limits by running 15 miles a week and so far it hasn't impacting anything.

Hey /fit/ I wanted to bike to my work rather than drive. It's about 20 miles and I never really biked much before.
What kind of bike should I get for distance like this? It's mostly road but some off-road stuff (Mostly just minor trail not like in a mountain or anything like that).
How do I interact with cars on my route? I mean like do I need to be on the road, will I need to fight other cars on the road or do people respect a bikes right to be on the road?
As a side question how well does biking translate into running? If I'm biking 40 miles a day will it help out running ability or does the cardio not translate?

If you have a good running technique then yeah, the lung/heart gains from cycling will help you with running. But running is allot of harder on your joints and muscles then cycling so start slow.

What do we classify power lifting as? It is clearly not a sport because the participants are clearly not athletes.
In fact, being fat and out of shape is an advantage in power lifting.

Not a meme. Close to bodybuilding but slower progress aesthetically (for some) because you're focusing more on numbers.
Some people's body's respond well to heavy training. If anything, volume is a meme. You're not gonna be jacked and have weak ass lifts.
