I've been on the same routine with my gym buddy for about 6 months now, and while I have had progress, its started to slow a bit. Its a 3 day a week push/pull/legs, with deads squats and benching, low volume on most stuff with high weight, and doing high volume on "accessory" stuff.
We've made huge strength gains. Both dead lift 405, squat 315, and bench 225, but we have both noticed recently we are starting to rack up some general aches and pains all over our body.
We've been going at for 6 months, and have only missed one day. Should we relax a bit and deload for a week? If not, should we look into a routine change? I think now that are lifts have gotten somewhat decent, we are both looking into doing some more body builder style, but not entirely sure.

I have a hip condition (chronic bursitis) which makes back squats nearly impossible for me.
Hoewever I can do heavy front squats with some bearable pain.
