It 100% will kill you if you make mistakes.
Safety means:
1) Start at a very low dose 50 or 100mg a day. Stay at this level for some time.
2) Hydrate like mad. Gallon of water a day. Stay cool and do not overheat, hot temps outside are now much more dangerous.
3) Increase dose slowly. Watch very carefully for sides- tingling, yellow eyes, brain fog.
4) Do not, repeat, DO NOT assume it's not working and take larger doses in a shorter period.

Hello /fit/, newfag here.
After reading the sticky, I came to the conclusion that crossfit might be a good exercise to start to lose weight (since it involves weight lifting and cardio at the same time). There's a crossfit place, gym, thingy like three blocks away from my house and I was thinking on joining.
Does it REALLY work?
Is it a good way to lose weight for someone who is skinny-fat and hasn't done any real exercise in 4 years? Or is it just a meme?

Any suggestions on an affordable home gym? I would like to start working out a bit but dont want to go crazy on what I buy. Id like to just start out preferably with a system or set of a few things that can accomplish many tasks. Can you guys give me any ideas? Thanks!

Pullup bar, adjustable db's, bench, for bare minimum.
Ideally you want a squat rack and barbell too.
I'd also get a set of dip bars and gymnast rings.

Just get a barbell and some weights. You don't even need a rack if you want the bare minimum. You could do a weekly split such as this and be fine for a beginner desu:
Overhead press
Deadlift
Rest
Floor press
Lumberjack squat
Rest
Rest
Keep in mind I'm assuming you are just starting lifting and the weight would be light enough to bring to your shoulders. This is just an example but it is feasible to get a full routine in without a rack or bench. Just be creative.

you can buy some REAAAALLY expensive plates, but they are not worth it, weight is weight, and unless you drop them and shit, just stick to cheapa plates.

I did have a lot of caffeine in my diet in the past few days, Iced Tea and PWO, but I normally don't drink anything a few hours before bed.
Any advice would be appreciated. My GF is wonderfully understanding, but as you can imagine it's embarrassing.

I went from from XXXL to fitting comfortably into a L and I can actually buy pants that are the right length and waist instead of being too long for my legs just to fit my waist.
