It 100% will kill you if you make mistakes.

Safety means:

1) Start at a very low dose 50 or 100mg a day. Stay at this level for some time.

2) Hydrate like mad. Gallon of water a day. Stay cool and do not overheat, hot temps outside are now much more dangerous.

3) Increase dose slowly. Watch very carefully for sides- tingling, yellow eyes, brain fog.

4) Do not, repeat, DO NOT assume it's not working and take larger doses in a shorter period.

Forget the memes and anon attitude and dicking around that goes on here at 4chan. DNP is magic, but it will mercilessly kill you in extreme agony with absolutely no antidote if you overdose. Once it is in your body, you will get hotter and there is no known limit to how hot it can make you. If you screw up, you will literally cook yourself alive with your own bodyfat.

Hello /fit/, newfag here.

After reading the sticky, I came to the conclusion that crossfit might be a good exercise to start to lose weight (since it involves weight lifting and cardio at the same time). There's a crossfit place, gym, thingy like three blocks away from my house and I was thinking on joining.

Does it REALLY work?
Is it a good way to lose weight for someone who is skinny-fat and hasn't done any real exercise in 4 years? Or is it just a meme?

pretty much this.
as well as crossfit can be extremely dangerous compared to other weightlifting/explosive sports.
this is because theres an emphasis on speed in crossfit, you have to be the fastest.
this parameter of stress can lead to improper form and therefore FUCK YOU UP if you dont pay attention to your form instead of going total ham

Any suggestions on an affordable home gym? I would like to start working out a bit but dont want to go crazy on what I buy. Id like to just start out preferably with a system or set of a few things that can accomplish many tasks. Can you guys give me any ideas? Thanks!

Pullup bar, adjustable db's, bench, for bare minimum.
Ideally you want a squat rack and barbell too.
I'd also get a set of dip bars and gymnast rings.

Just get a barbell and some weights. You don't even need a rack if you want the bare minimum. You could do a weekly split such as this and be fine for a beginner desu:

Overhead press
Deadlift
Rest
Floor press
Lumberjack squat
Rest
Rest

Keep in mind I'm assuming you are just starting lifting and the weight would be light enough to bring to your shoulders. This is just an example but it is feasible to get a full routine in without a rack or bench. Just be creative.

you can buy some REAAAALLY expensive plates, but they are not worth it, weight is weight, and unless you drop them and shit, just stick to cheapa plates.

this setup is quite inexpensive (compared to other stuff), where i live i can buy all of the above with like 400lbs worth of plates for around 1k usd

So last night I peed in my sleep, in my bed. I was having a dream that I was standing at a urinal and then I woke up to a wet sensation.

I'm a grown ass man, so what does this mean? Should I see a doctor?

I did have a lot of caffeine in my diet in the past few days, Iced Tea and PWO, but I normally don't drink anything a few hours before bed.

Any advice would be appreciated. My GF is wonderfully understanding, but as you can imagine it's embarrassing.

Yesterday was the first time since January that I went clothes shopping. I went from from XXXL to fitting comfortably into a L and I can actually buy pants that are the right length and waist instead of being too long for my legs just to fit my waist. I love you /fit/, I'm thankful for you. You truly are the greatest board.
