What's your take on a weight vest /fit? I'm fighting depression and find that taking long walks helps me clear my head. Why not get ripped while I'm at it. Or will I even see results with a weight vest?
Expect no changes to your body whatsoever apart from slightly leaner looking calves and sore knees
Wouldn't bother going on walks with it for fitness sake, but they are useful for adding difficulty to calisthenic movements like pushups, dips, pullups, or squats.
I recommend doing barbell squats, it's hard to be depressed about your life when you can be depressed about your max squat

Just don't run or add to much weight to it, you're essentially becoming a fat person and it's not good for your joints.
>hey /fit/ how do i improve my disgusting body with no effort

I'll have you know I graduated top of my class in the Navy Seals, and I've been involved in numerous secret raids on Al-Quaeda, and I have over 300 confirmed kills. I am trained in gorilla warfare and I'm the top sniper in the entire US armed forces. You are nothing to me but just another target... Nah I'm neither fat or thin. Normal fit would describe me.
Just because something is physically slightly harder than usual doesn't mean it's good. In fact some brutal training is utterly pointless (navy seals doing thousands of sit-ups for example)

you aren't going to become goku by training with weighted clothing

Story of my life so far.

This.
I go for an overhead press PR every Thursday (Texas method) and whether or not I get it largely determines my mood the following week. Missed it yesterday and now feel sad and confused like a lost child

Very true.
If squats and deadlifts don't help OP. Start wrestling. I read a book from renaissance that described wrestling as 'the timeless cure for melancholy.'
